We know hiring agricultural and plant equipment can come with a few questions, so we’ve put together some helpful answers to make the process simple and transparent. EDWARDS AG SOLUTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Is it wet or dry hire?

    Dry Hire. However, wet hire may be available on consultation.

  • Do you deliver equipment?

    Transport and pilot vehicles is the responsibility of the hirer.

  • Are Heavy Vehicle Pilots or Permits required to escort the machinery in transport?

    Some equipment does require a pilot vehicle for transportation. Please see The Department of Main Roads Website for more information.

  • Is their a minimum or maximum hire period?

    There is a minimum daily hire rate.

  • What happens if there is a breakdown or issue during the hire period?

    If something goes wrong, contact us straight away. Our team will assist promptly — either by troubleshooting over the phone or arranging on-site support. We aim to minimise downtime and keep you moving.

  • Who is responsible for insuring the hired equipment?

    Renters must comprehensively insure the machine whilst in use, including the liability and damage cover. A Certificate of Currency must be provided before use.
